Check-in for overnight stays is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If your check-in time is after 7:00 PM, please contact us in advance and we will accommodate you. However, depending on the time of arrival, unattended check-in may be requested.

We will keep your luggage even before check-in. Please ask our staff for assistance.
Luggage storage is available from 10:00 a.m.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

You may also check out before 11:00 am. If no staff is available when you check out, please leave your key card in the key box at the reception counter.

If you wish to leave your luggage early in the morning, please let our staff know the day before.
Please pick up your baggage by 5:00 p.m.

Please use the parking space reserved for HUB Unzen. Free of charge.

Each room has its own toilet, shower booth, and washbasin.

Western-style and Japanese-style rooms have shower booths, and Japanese/Western-style rooms have a bathtub and shower.

Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Wired LAN Internet access is also available in guest rooms.

Workspace is available from the day of check-in to the day of check-out at no additional charge.

There is no curfew, but the entrance is locked at night. Please be sure to carry your room key with you when you go out.

Please note that there may be times when bathing is not available due to facility circumstances or other reasons. Please understand this in advance.

 

As a general rule, we do not allow children of preschool age to stay overnight. There are steep stairs or steps that may be dangerous for small children. This is due to the characteristics of the facility, which includes a workspace, and the structure of the facility, which makes it easy for noise to resonate. Thank you for your understanding.
